This week, Sara J is very excited to welcome back to the show for the third time, Progressive funk rock fusion trio Mosey Beat!

The band discusses creating the intro and outro for the podcast, as well as catching up on their summer. We dive into their new album, "Breakfast for Champions," now available on all major music streaming platforms. They talk about the inspiration behind the album title, the process of bringing the songs to life in Taylor's home studio, the album cover, and the significance of the Fun House in Bethlehem, PA. They also discuss the addition of a new bassist Tommy, who is primarily a guitar player, and how this album represents his exploration of the bass. The band shares their excitement for new and old fans to hear the personal and professional growth reflected in their hard work since their last studio releases, "Day Moon" & "Night Sun." They also touch on their plans for 2025, a recent collaboration with artist Mark Serlo, a cover of "Puppet String," and more.
