Men's mental health issues are not just for men to talk about, it's an issue that impacts daughters, wives, mothers and sisters - it's an issue that we all need to shed light upon. It needs more support, empathetic, candour and shame free conversation.
In this episode Lowell shares his journey from childhood to adulthood, as child form a migrant family and how this affected his identity. They discuss male and what lessons he has learnt. They also explored leading with empathy, courage and kindness and how the stigma around people seeing empathy as a weakness in leadership, business and life needs to change. How can we provide guidance and advice to for men in the events industry and how can people begin to notice and help men who are struggling?
