As we follow the path of expansion it can get lonely. I have had relationships with friends, coworkers, even acquaintances that I allowed in my energy way too long. Knowing when and how to start creating compassionate boundaries for yourself can be the key to manifesting your dream life. You're not trying to be apathetic, but as an empath it is so important to guard your energy. Noticing in the body who and what no longer feels aligned for you.
This episode is all about listening to your intuition and tapping in to your own wisdom around relationships. Finding loving and expansive ways to set firm boundaries. As well as working through the guilt and grief that can come when you realize, you have in fact outgrown a relationship.
