In episode 30, Paul and Justin explore the ins and outs of Clubhouse. The clubhouse app is a new social media platform that connects users in audio-only drop-in chat rooms. There is a maximum of 5,000 users for a room, but exceptions have been made for high-interest talks. Despite being launched in March 2020, the popularity has skyrocketed because of interest from celebrities. Clubhouse has encountered some security and data issues already but has sworn to resolve those as quickly as possible. It’s only available on iOS devices and membership is invite-only at this time.
