We will be discussing the world of shopping center investments as it relates to acquisitions and dispositions from the landlord’s point of view, outlook for the sector, recommendations for shopping center owners and the overall future landscape of retail. Our guest today is Alex Welch with Forge Capital. Alex currently serves as the Real Estate Investment and Acquisitions Analyst for Forge Capital Partners. He is responsible for analyzing and underwriting real estate investments on behalf of the firm and all affiliated Funds.
