Imagine driving cross-country with no map and relying solely on directions from other people online to get to your destination? Would you still take the trip?
While the thought of taking a long-distance trip with no map or GPS sounds crazy, so many people take this approach when starting a coaching or consulting business.
Not taking the time to create a business plan is probably one of the most costly mistakes an entrepreneur can make.
Regardless of whether you are starting an online or a brick-and-mortar business, you need a business plan.
