Today, P. Sam unpacks Luke 7:36-50. It is a familiar story about Jesus being anointed by an unnamed sinful woman. But the story challenges us to ask who we are in the story. Are we the unnamed woman anointing Jesus? Or are we like Simon the Pharisee? This story is an incredible story of worship, and this unnamed woman teaches us how to worship in an extravagant way.
