It is not news that CrossFit has grown in popularity and visibility since its inception in well let's call it 2005. The internet was murky and new back then and it's hard to put "dates" on things.
But has it reached a point of Mainstream viability? Also what the hell does mainstream viability even mean??
Compared to the NFL and NBA, CrossFit still has room to grow.... but by that measure so does just about everything. But where does it fall in the ever growing stratosphere of things trying to grab your attention on a daily basis.
