Today's episode is a rerun of the very special International Women's Day episode, where I have a girlie chit-chat with three of my sister friends Bralade K. Emenanjo, Ijeoma Nwachukche and Chrissie Afe.

We share our perspectives on the symbolism of International Women’s Day, the importance of representation as women in the workplace, and raising the next generation of strong women. We also discuss the balance between maintaining our femininity and advancing in male-dominated sectors, as well as reflect on the toll of having to prove ourselves to be worthy of seats we should already own.

Ijeoma Nwachwuche is a Senior Executive within the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. Chrissy Afe is a HR Professional who works within the academic sector in the UK. She is also a hair coach. and a worship minister who takes great joy in seeing people have real encounters in a place of worship. She is also a wife and mother to two children.

Bralade Koroye-Emenanjo is an Engineering Leader in a Chemical Manufacturing Company in the US. She is also a Speaker, a Writer, an Author, and a Podcaster on the Stellify Podcast. She is a wife and a mother to three children.
