We have Kim Nguyen joining us again for another episode of Mortgage Mondays and today, we will be discussing mortgage lending for those who are self-employed. Unlike people who have a job, those who are self-employed are not always looked at favorably by the banks when they try to get a mortgage and often run into a number of roadblocks when trying to get financing.
In this episode, we look at the various obstacles that the self-employed among us may encounter when applying for mortgage financing and what to do to maximize the chances of getting approved.
