In this episode of the podcast, I had the honour of having vegan activist and total badass Lyndon Tudor Maisey on the show. It was only a couple of months ago I used to eat meat and have other animal products, however I have made the shift to being vegan. Why? Because of people like Lyndon.

He has taught me a number of things from the ethics of killing animals, the nutritional benefits of being vegan and why our planet relies on more people eating less and ideally no meat.

So this podcast was created within 1 week of me being vegan so my experience is more concrete now, in fact I will be making a short individual podcast in the coming days talking about the benefits of being vegan in my own life.

Please play devils advocate we need this to be an open dialogue, I am not against people who eat meat at all. Although, I would recommend trying to be vegan for a short period of time and seeing how it is.

Anyway, I will not hold you up with the nitty, gritty boring text it's a podcast after all.
