Coach Austin has a new toy.

He's quite excited.

So what is it? How does it work? Can it measure body fat? What benefit does it offer over tradition measuring? Can you have a little 3d figure made out of it for dungeons and dragons? (this last question may or may not be answered).

In looking for a way to save time for his team - traditional measurements with callipers and tape measures take up a lot of time as his client base grows - Coach Austin investigated and researched various methods including bio impedance and shapescale before settling on Fit 3D.

He talks about how having a shiny new piece of kit has brought new clients in and how the technology actually works and how it's different to bio impedance.
