This podcast focuses on the importance of women choosing themselves and prioritizing self-care in a world that often demands relentless giving.
I emphasize that women, often givers by nature, risk burnout and losing themselves if they don't take time to replenish and care for their well-being.
I urged women to recognize their value in God's eyes and make God-centered choices, which will ultimately benefit everyone around them. The fear of societal judgment should not deter women from choosing themselves.
Fun Facts: I recorded the Outro of this podcast with my toddler present, so, you can actually hear all the background noise. I left it raw like that because this podcast wants to show women they can do whatever they want regardless of who they are or their present situation.
