Kevin is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous individuals in buying and selling properties, earning a reputation for his expertise and exceptional service. With a background in architecture, residential development, and executive leadership, Kevin possesses a well-rounded skill set that he utilizes to benefit his clients. Kevin is a person of faith who finds fulfillment in various aspects of his life. He and his wife, Tracy, are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year! Together, they have raised two adult children. Brayden, who resides in Pasadena, has found his passion in the music industry, while Savanna, based in Oceanside, thrives in the commercial property management sector. Kevin embodies his core value of service by actively contributing to his community. He volunteers his time and resources to local charitable foundations, recognizing the importance of giving back. Additionally, he is an active member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, actively participating to foster growth and collaboration among its members. Drawing inspiration from Winston Churchill's philosophy that "we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give," Kevin wholeheartedly embraces the idea of a purposeful and meaningful life.
