In today's video episode, we discuss the importance of defining the real business you are competing in.
Over the history of our time, we have seen many huge corporations go down because they reached a point whereby their defined business has shifted without realizing it.
The same goes for your own career. If you define yourself as a strategist advisor, then be the best version of that role, which essentially means that you will never be a CEO or similar. The reason: a CEO is a strategy practitioner, not an advisor.
