In this interview I have the pleasure of speaking with Jeanne Johns, the former Managing Director and CEO of Incitec Pivot, as she shares her remarkable journey from the Midwest to leading a world-class industrial explosives and fertilizers organization. With a 30-year career at BP, Jeanne played a pivotal role in transforming BP's safety and operating risk culture following the Deepwater Horizon accident.
