Join me as I discuss anxiety and try to help people understand what it is, and our battle against it. I will also be hosting a challenge on Instagram & Youtube called the "EffAnxiety" challenge starting on Wednesday. And for 6 months, anyone can draw a symbol and submit it to me to support our fight against anxiety. The best 10 symbols will be permanently uploaded to my story on Instagram and saved as a highlight. And will also be uploaded at the end of my challenge video on YouTube.
