As much as I believe my story is important to share - to inspire others to share their own stories - I want to also share how we can change the trajectory of our lives. Because honestly what are we doing all this for if it's not to change our future and the future of others, right? So with that I want to share important things I've learned in the years since diving into self development. I wish these were things I had learned about much earlier in life - but I know that the path it took for me to get here was necessary! Today I'm talking more about our subconscious mind and how we can begin to reverse engineer the beliefs that we picked up from our childhood - these are the beliefs that govern our way of thinking, our habits, actions and choices we make into our adulthood. I'm sharing with you 2 methods you can start doing TODAY to begin to change your beliefs and have it create an immediate change in your life through repetition.
