This episode was supposed to be the first in Series 3 but due to the ever changing circumstances, the Covid-19 episode was released first. In this episode, Katy seeks advice from Karen on how to stay positive in an increasingly stressful and demanding environment. Unfortunately due to how quickly things are changing at the moment, this episode is fairly redundant as there are other things that are making things stressful right now but we thought we'd release it anyway!
