In today's episode, the fellas do a check in with one another and put a huge emphasis on the MEN part of MENtal health. We as men often times go without expressing ourselves and releasing a lot of the things we go through on a day to day basis and as good as we are at processing things ourselves and keeping it moving, there are times that you need to talk, ask for help, seek out advice or just simply vent. We may have great women in our lives but, realistically there's just some thing they won't get and understand nor know how to properly deal with so having the right circle as a man is more important than we give it credit for. We dive into vulnerability’s, the expectation of our friends, appreciation, critical changes that are needed, taking correction and criticism from other men and share stories, thoughts and opinions aimed at helping and growing as men and also giving women some insight into the minds of men, that maybe will help them with the men they are married to, dating, related to or friends with. Let's all start to check in with those around us and continue to grow together!
