You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

Dan became a full-time entrepreneur at age 19, after dropping out of college to buy his first small business in downtown Cincinnati in 2012. Since then he’s been a part of or attempted a multitude of businesses, and eventually ended up acquiring multiple fitness centers and launching an M&A boutique brokerage to help clients buy and/or sell businesses.
While the Pandemic forced him to shutter his fitness centers in 2020, it actually enabled him to pursue his primary passion, real estate, and to launch a $20M fund that originates debt on commercial real estate.
