We know that the modern schooling system has its flaws. But I maintain that it is more than just a mundane yet flawed system:
It is, in fact, a harmful system that has some very ominous objectives.
If you look into history of the schooling system, you will see that it was designed to produce simple, obedient factory workers,
not thinkers and scholars. It is designed to keep kids ignorant by HATING learning. How so?
1. By teaching subjects that are irrelevant to life and work.
2. By making learning so boring that kids end up demotivated and hating learning.
3. By providing a skewed understanding of the world that promotes obedience to certain masters.
The key to success in the future is in learning, and it's our responsibility to ensure that our kids love learning. How?
1. Establish a learning culture at home
2. Find interesting and relevant subjects to explore with them, like tech and AI.
3. Use technology as part of the learning process.

My super power is the ability to see opportunities that technology provides in pretty much any industry. In the past 8 weeks I've spoken at a bank, an educational conference, a Halaal food conference and a conference for religious leaders. Naturally, people wonder how I can speak at such a diverse range of places, to such diverse people. As much as I'd like to think so, I'm not all that amazing. I simply follow a set of rules to identify these opportunities: 1. Critical Thinking: I look at everything form a perspective of: "How can I make it better" 2. Change mindset: Rather than being scared of change, I see it as an opportunity for growth and profit 3. Chunking: I take the time to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable chunks. 4. Creativity: next, I apply my creativity to solving these smaller problem chinks. 5. Collaboration: I know my weaknesses, so I bring on others who are better than me, and work WITH them. 6. Communication: You can have the best ideas and solutions, but if you cannot communicate them, they will remain in your head.
