As someone immersed in the digital world, I know how easy it is for boundaries to blur, letting work creep into every corner of life. That’s why I’m sharing my thoughts on the importance of a digital detox and how crucial it is for mental health - especially for those of us working in social media or similar fields.
At our studio, we commit to a full two-week digital detox each year, which is no small feat considering we never close otherwise. This dedicated break helps us recharge and stay creative in a world that constantly demands our attention.
