In the latest episode of the “Best Coast Boys” podcast, hosts Landon McCool and John Owning take a position by position look at the Dallas Cowboys roster.

"The “Best Coast Boys” podcast is a Cowboys-centric podcast that will delve into many other topics. Whether it is the NFL, Cowboys, movies, music, comics, food or Mixed Martial Arts, nothing is off limits on the “Best Coast Boys” podcast.

After the pleasantries, the guys dive into the WR position. The guys discuss why DAL’s top-3 this year is an improvement over what the team finished the season with. The guys then move on to the TE position where they discuss whether Blake Jarwin or Dalton Schultz will become the No. 2 TE. Moving on to the offensive line, the guys discuss the strength of DAL’s starting five.

After that, the guys move over to the defensive side of the ball. The guys starts with the defensive end position, which is strapped with talent. Landon discusses the depth of the DEs while John gets excited about DeMarcus Lawrence and Robert Quinn rushing opposite of each other. Landon and John move on to the DTs, where Landon praises the team for improving the depth. At the LB position, the guys discuss if DAL has the best starting LB unit in the NFL. The guys also make sure to mention Joe Thomas and mention why he’s underrated. At the CB position, John makes an effort to give Anthony Brown his appropriate praise while Landon goes in-depth on the depth of the position. The guys finish the show by discussing the safety position, specifically the trio of Jeff Heath, Xavier Woods and Anthony Brown.
