Jen shares how she helps soul transition after the death of the physical body, how she sees the portal the soul passes through and how her coaching skills support readying the soul for passing.

About Jen:
Jen has been connected with Spirit and helping Soul pass over for as long as she can remember. She consciously started working with those at End of Life in 2016 assisting in Soul Transition.
Jen feels it is a huge honour to be able to be part of this stage of life; she lives in Northern Ireland on the stunning Ards Peninsula on a smallholding that will eventually become a retreat haven for those in need.
