Today's guest is Jared Vidales, a good friend of mine who taught me a TON about the business of Wholesaling Real Estate. He currently is co-owner and operator of HighestCashOffer.com, and is kicking some ass in the business! We learned a lot together and I can't wait for you to hear the stories!
When I met Jared, they were sending direct mail and putting out bandit signs on lightpoles, and we were running the business from his girlfriend's living room. Fast forward several years, and they have built an amazing team, in a beautiful office, and use high tech methods to wholesale, no stamps needed.
