Join us for a time of hope on this 2nd Sunday of Advent as we reflect on Matthew 17:1-8. In this moment of Jesus’ transfiguration, we witness his glory and hear his call to rise above our fears and inadequacies.Life often leaves us burdened, feeling like we can never measure up—to ourselves, to others, or even to God. Yet, Advent is a season where Christ meets us in our fears, gently touching us with his mercy and grace. He invites us to lift our eyes to him as our only hope and strength.Through worship, prayer, and the Word, we’ll be reminded that we are not left in failure or fear. Jesus calls us to rise, forgives us, and strengthens us with his presence, offering peace and freedom.Prepare your hearts as we journey together in anticipation of Christ’s coming!"Fear not, for I am with you." – Isaiah 41:10
