About Lauren
Lauren is a stand-up comedian, actor, writer, activist, public speaker and creative consultant. In 2020, she founded The Black Creator Connection, an online community, podcast, and developing digital platform for Black artists and Black artist advocates. The goal with the BCC (and Lauren's personal brand) is to empower all creators to take up space and express themselves more authentically from a place of peace and joy.
