Joel Olmstead is a Physician Assistant and Wellness Coach who thrives in life with spiritual disciplines and scientific evidence. Upon first meeting, Joel and I were instantly connected. The true evidence of our brotherhood and sisterhood is in this podcast episode making it was a treat to interview him on Authentically Me.
Join us as we discuss the trajectory of our lives since that first meeting and what we have been able to decode throughout the process of expansion. This interview was free- flowing, heart-centered, and wisdom-filled. There is so much to be had in the presence of our day-to-day lives, which Joel and I both discuss as we dive into a living a more conscious lifestyle.
