On our first ever episode, Adsy chats with one of Australia's most experienced brewers, and good mate, Charlie Hodgson.
At the time of the interview, Charlie was just finishing up as head brewer at Helios Brewing Company in Brisbane. He has since moved on to the head brewer role at Woolgooga Brewing Company, not far from Coffs Harbour in NSW.
Adsy also runs through some different types of kegs...a key part of getting beer into your glass and to your lips!
