yeah and i mean if we want to get into youtube so they actually recommend that you take a break and just kind of regain that entry you put out in your videos yeah so sometimes you get you worry a little about it too but it’s it’s also um i’m not doing this for a job so if it’s not fun then you don’t do it yeah i mean i’m never doing because it’s fun for me i mean honestly if you look at my channel i have officially been doing youtube for 10 years now so

so i mean that’s my belief anyway uh yeah a lot of it’s just getting used to someone um i found out earlier this year that one of my best friends has a stutter and i’ve known this guy for about oh maybe seven eight years and you never said before until now and he when i when i said like i i didn’t know you had a stutter he looked at me like i was an idiot he was shocked and everyone around looked at me like like what are you talking about i was just so used to him talking i just automatically skipped past the stutter to what he was saying and it’s like oh that’s what you’re saying yeah i mean i didn’t notice the pause like time didn’t exist there’s him starting the word and him finishing what he’s saying and i didn’t notice the break yeah i mean that is definitely how it with me because i do have a trouble as well and you know people might not notice it because they’ve been talking to me for a while and they’re just used to my false problems and they don’t notice when i mess up so yeah i did that yeah my brain just jumps to him finishing the word yeah definitely understand that

uh i wish my brain would jump to me um this past week uh finishing my coughing because that was super annoying um yeah i had so much fluid in my lungs that i just spent the whole day not doing anything uh yeah i

i hate those types of days because i have to keep moving i can’t just sit still and do nothing all day so yeah

i want to feel my respect and i now did it a few months back but the justice league movie was epic for me are you talking about the zack snyder one yes

i mean i like the original cut as well but there’s just no other car that had me sinister for full straight hours just watching that movie so yeah uh the last one of those that i really enjoyed was the um uh the new suicide squad movie out of like the last dc stuff but i’m more into the dc animated stuff that i am to like their live action stuff me too and besides the movies which are okay i do enjoy young gifts and all of that justice has been really pretty good this season nice

i did not like last season as much as this one get up

what was it about last season that you did not like

it seemed to jump around a little too much in terms of like all right they had too many characters last season to really do much story focus on any specific thing so they seem to have fixed it this season by just doing four episodes with these people four episodes with these people four episodes with these people yeah it feels more consistent because they have a beginning middle and beginning middle end beginning middle end yeah yeah i’m definitely not caught up on the english a lot but i have seen a few episodes which is great and i will differentiate i do personally watch what i review because i’m in you may get this from my channel you may not but what i review is what i actually have watched as a kid so oh yeah revealing it for me it’s not just about what can i put out it’s about sharing your love for things that you had yeah yeah let me ask you dj do you the things you decide to review i know it’s things you love to watch or you watched you maybe didn’t love it all but yeah are you only picking things that are available today

in that conspiracy wait what is it you mean for public domain yeah 75 years for public domain yeah yeah that depends because a lot of things have like altered um what takes something to go on the public domain that like uh yeah who has this schedule and when yeah i mean after five years it does default to the original creator with i mean i just checked their website there about the copyright yeah as of 2019 copyright has expired for all works published in the united states before 1924.

before that 24 that’s 76 plus 19 86 19. so i mean you won’t probably find any cartoons in public domain yeah yeah it’s usually characters that go into public domain more than like series now because of the way series are handled okay um like one thing is a while ago i did a review for um the old fox’s peter pan in the pirate series which is my favorite version of peter pan but that was kind of available but after disney purchased fox they kind of quietly pushed it aside so it’s not a bill for purchase it’s not available for any streaming and disney has seemingly wiped all records of it in like most places because they don’t want it competing with their other peter pan and that happens with a lot of series where they’re just pulled right yeah i i work in video gaming and a lot of times companies will hold copyrights for things de-list them because they don’t want to make anything now but they also don’t want other companies even like attempting to do anything with them so stuff just vanishes

but that’s what that’s what stuff like dj that’s what stuff like you doing to bring it to the awareness of the public is still good for and i would say in a lot of your videos uh say write the copyright holder or petition the copyright holder to make this thing available if you want to see it yeah yeah that yeah you can put a disclaimer like that if you’re really interested and you can put to you can tell people who the public pub public how the who the copyright holder is and say if you are interested these are the people that has the copyright yeah and i might use that now doing videos but i found i i was lucky when i was working on my podcast i needed images and i needed video on sever for several of my episodes that i put on youtube because i needed something more than just me talking and i found a archive in sweden where people have published and as long as you put

doctor who um they don’t have all the episodes of doctor who because yeah um they didn’t expect people to want to see things later on it’s the same reason like comic books are comic books are rare because they’re destroyed yeah and it happens like that’s why digital recording and archiving is so important that’s why i’m big on video game archiving and the fact that they’re there are video games that are only available digitally that get de-listed because of um music rights that expire or different agreements expire and then it’s not that one person is holding the right to do that’s not selling it it’s that no one can sell this thing yeah anxious i see that and i will just tell you the only company i had a probably with a background in the video was half bro

yeah and from you saying that right now that tells me i need to stay away from simple scent types unfortunately they are they are bad with it yeah yeah they are really bad with it there are people who get away with it i have no idea how they get away with it i would get like three seconds strike yeah yeah and you know it it’s such a double-edged sword because what’s his name that got 150 uh claims here uh mark marcus no no that was yeah totally not mark totally not totally non-mark yeah i mean yeah toy also that’s crazy what they did i mean anything that just had something in the title that could refer to which one was it um i think it was his one piece stuff maybe yeah and i mean nine of the videos they claimed didn’t have any imagery in them yeah nothing and they just went after and that’s that’s crazy the thing is all the powers on their side they can claim it and then you have to dispute it to them you don’t dispute it to youtube you dispute it to the person one time i um was redoing a i was doing a game review and i was using music from the game in the review and i got a copyright strike from someone claiming to be the music holder that was not the music holder i got in touch with the people who actually made the game because i had expressed permission because i had a press get from this game i i got this game from like them sending it to me so i had to contact them saying hey these people are claiming your stuff and saying it’s theirs but i still had to tell the people who claimed me before it would get removed like hey this isn’t your footage this isn’t your song get rid of this strike i saw i think it was uh

what’s it oh gosh i’m old what’s his name now again mark with all the claims i’m not mark no no totally not mark all right and this is actually mark so you can just call a mark yeah i saw uh pewdiepie did a thing about this 150 plus claim his short video he showed remember when it was this big thing pewdiepie t-series thing yeah yeah and t-series one and pewdiepie and his buddies wrote a song congratulating uh t-series yeah it was really they didn’t congratulate they were rather rough in it but that song he had it on his channel got claimed by a company that has not it was his song they wrote it together he and two other guys uh and that song got claimed by some someone he showed the claim so i don’t remember who claimed it but in parenthesis they have written had written on behalf of pewdiepie and sent the claim to him to pewdiepie and he had to start i mean it’s so crazy and then there are channels who will do oh a 24-hour spongebob channel yeah wait yeah you’re just posting spongebob cartoons for 24 hours over and over again how are you not claimed how are you not how do you exist yeah that’s so good because but they they might be spongebob whoever owns spongebob might do a lot of money on those channels yeah but i yeah mean there are like channels that just post full episodes of things that have no strikes or anything on them yeah no it’s it’s very haphazard who who gets it and who doesn’t all right but back back to what we were talking about with with you and your posting old old things yeah like i mean i would never want to enjoy kind of connect with you the palace i have done

multiple paralysis videos if we were to original receive this and i have not got the claim for that so but that’s also part of this these companies if they can see the value of people talking about it but they don’t

yeah all i see is oh you’re making money or you’re making something like i’m not making you’re not making money off of your videos let’s just let us talk about the let’s talk about the things that we like yeah and it’s good for them i mean if they could see the value for them that’s what actually talk about their products yeah especially for beautiful on the shows because the generation today has no clue of what existed back then i mean like well some of it because everything goes in cycle so some of it should start to be popular again now
