He bought us the splendour of Ballet Black a groundbreaking ballet company who lit up twitter when they told their story through beautifully choreographed dance and emotive music scores, you had gospel, bike life displays, street dance and Grenfell Tower bought to the forefront of his set. More importantly you had giants like Bansky collaborating with Stormyz to grab the attention of the masses to highlight the epidemic of young people dying through knife crime across the UK. Oh and Boris Johnson MP got his own serenade to the tune of thousands. Stormyz took us on a journey were we ready hell yes. This was a performance that will be discussed for years to come it came with controversy and upset but l rather think that was the point. One things for sure UK Grime artists have a fan base on the festival circuit and the appetite is not dying down.

Other artists that stood out were new legends Lizzo and Little Simz and of course Lauryn Hill.
