The BBC, Sky, PA Media and ITV are some of the world’s biggest media organisations but did you know they also offer some of the country’s largest apprenticeship schemes?
It’s not just the glamour of broadcasting, but at the BBC for example, apprentices can be found across the business. You can see why apprentices would want to be a part of it but what’s in it for these big broadcasters and news outlets?
Georgie finds out the answers from Mark Waldron, editor of the Portsmouth News newspaper; Pepe Lacy, one of his three new apprentices, and Eleanor Gregory, who came through ITN's apprenticeship scheme.
