Known for its festivals and victorian resorts, the serene seaside community had always attracted strangers to its shores... the strangest of all being a 7-foot tall clown called "All Colors Sam". Join us for the tale of Sam the Sandown Clown, a colorful account presented through the eyes of the two young children who encountered this otherworldly creature in a swampy meadow in May of 1973.
