The Network Effect: Leading a Community of Leaders
Manage episode 382357965 series 3522276
Erika Buenoventura, the South Florida Regional Director at ProVisors, joins Access Your Leadership to share her journey from Peru to the U.S. and from strong individual contributor to being a leader of leaders. She talks about her move to the U.S. at the age of 12, her parents’ work ethic and her own leadership development that’s led her to where she is today. In our conversation we talk about the leaders that have supported and inspired her along the way and what about their leadership made the impact that it made. What was it like coming to the U.S., having to learn another language at such a young age, and how has that impacted how you lead? How have her early years impacted her leadership journey and what steps has she taken to constantly improve her skills? What was unique about her experience with certain leaders along the way? How has she managed to build South Florida into the fastest growing ProVisors region in the country? What does it take to be a leader who creates a positive impact on the world?
