This time, we had a pleasure to talk to Jenny Herald, CPO at Gtmhub. She gained a technical background working for the US Airforce and moved to product development afterwards. She lead teams in companies such as 6Wunderkinder (creators of the Wunderlist app), later acquired by Microsoft, Hubrick, Techstars, and currently Gtmhub.
Jenny gives advice on how to build your product team in relation to the growth of your startup. She shares her experiences on how to identify great startup talent, hire for an early-stage startup vs corporate, keeping an eye on the culture when you grow and looking beyond just the CV.
