And not Stock Aitken Waterman, who feared releasing a track by two of their biggest stars would seem cheesy and like a crass cash-in. But public demand in the form of 250,000 advance orders for a song that didn't even exist forced SAW's hands and they set to work on putting together "Especially For You".
