Manage episode 311609569 series 2837745
Eugene is working as the Senior Director - Palm Sustainability, ESG, Chemicals & Tropical Oil Sourcing (At the time of this recording).
If there's anyone who is able to share about P&G that's Eugene - he has been working for over 16 years with over 6 rotations in P&G.
These rotations so far includes, purchasing manager injection molding where he was promoted to senior purchasing manager. He rotated to a senior purchasing manager role resins & masterbatch before being promoted to purchasing director. He then move to the category & market strategy team as a director before expanding his scope from just Asia to Europe + Asia.
In Dec 2019 he was finally promoted as a Senior Director.
What's also great is that he is seated within the talent council which gives him the bird's eye view to most hiring decisions made.
As such, today is a special episode where we ask all the question's that you never dared to ask senior management on hiring. For example:
- What skills is P&G looking for when hiring
- What is P&G doing to attract & retain talent
- What is P&G's competitive advantage vs all other FMCGs (amongst many other questions)
