We also analyze in detail the positive effects of HR 1044, up for a vote today as the Fairness for High Skilled Immigrants Act of 2019. Finally, we also discuss the "H-1B disease" and RFEs, along with the horrific nomination of Ronald Mortensen to be assistant secretary of state for refugees, population, and migration.
