Did you notice I was MIA for 2 weeks? Well the truth is I overcommitted myself, but in this episode I want to share a little bit of the life update that led to me falling behind on recording, lessons I've been reminded of through this busy season of life and business, and why it's a good thing to prioritize yourself over your business. Sometimes circumstances are out of our control but there is a key difference between toxic overworking cycles and temporary phases of business that require a little bit more of our time and energy.
