Imagine you are nine years old, and you're pulled from the only place you’ve ever called home and airdropped into a country where you only speak three words of the language.

Founder of medical technology company Masimo Joe Kiani was nine when his parents decided to take him and his sister out of Iran and move to America for a better life. He joins Liz to detail how he went from not speaking a lick of English to holding 500 patents in health care and consumer-focused areas, and his technologies are used to monitor more than 200 million people a year.
