In this episode, Erin Olson discusses how the Church family should not be dsyfunctional in caring for itself and for others. If the Church continues to look like an example of a dysfunctional family, the Church will lose its effectiveness in not only caring for those within the Church but also lose its effectiveness in reaching the unsaved.
