Under Jake’s leadership, Laundry House achieved 340 percent revenue growth in just 18 months, establishing itself as a standout brand in the New York City market. As his delivery business grew, he developed software to manage the process. Starting in 2018, MacKrell started licensing his enterprise-level software as a white label SaaS to independent laundromat owners.
