Let's not lie - 2020 has been a wee tad stressful. For me I know it has, I'm thinking for you too! I can't stand myself when I'm busy worrying causing myself stress and then getting cranky to top it all off. It's just UGLY! Let's talk about that stress, what we CAN and can NOT do about it!!! It's time we pull ourselves up by our boot straps and quit ninnying around, quit worrying and get moving forward. Here's the thing - We ALL experience fear and self doubt . We get into our bubble wrap zone, put on our fuzzy slippers and stay there............ EVEN if we are not happy! When I leave this world I'm planning on having some stories to tell - I'm not sure about you but I am not going to get to the pearly gates and be like "meh, that was alright". Nope, I'm going to make sure it was awesome. Is every moment awesome? No, of course not! It's how we deal with things and FEAR is such a huge part of holding us back. As "Twisted Sister" said in the 80's "We're not gonna take it" - except this time it's FEAR we're not gonna take.
