In this episode, we visit Bob Beckwith who is one of the owners of Cavalier Fire Protection. He talks with us about how his company is always looking for young people to start with their company and the importance of having a CTE education when starting with Cavalier. They are committed to working with new hires by providing all the available training someone will need to start with the company as well as growing their careers in a great industry that helps keep people safe.
