Our population as a whole has become increasingly computer literate and quite dependent on technology, during this Pandemic, so it is safe to say that the power of technology has firmly staked its claim on almost every facet of our society.
The use of technology has become increasingly more pervasive in recent years, and the change brought with it has impacted every aspect of human life. The disputes management arena has not been exempted, and the COVID-19 pandemic era has witnessed deeper reliance on technology and innovation by courts and other tribunals.
