Tessa Berger began her sports journey at the tender age of 5 when she began playing soccer. She went on to become the youngest person ever, male or female to play and score in the Premier League, New Zealand's top flight senior competition at just 11 years of age. From there she competed as an NCAA Division I athlete and represented New Zealand at the FIFA Women's World Cup. After losing their first game to France, the US men's basketball team looks to come back stronger than ever as they took down Spain in the quarterfinals on Monday night. In the pool, both Katie Ledecky and Caleb Dressel dominated their events in the swimming pool; they could walk away with a combined nine medals. In gymnastics, Simone Biles dropped out of the team competition in withdrew from most of the events in the last week. However, Biles decided to compete for the last minute on the balance beam and won a bronze medal in Tokyo on Monday night. The made talk on today's episode is Biles mental health, where she was open about her mental health and talked about how it is okay not to be okay.
