This week I'm pinched for privacy and have very limited windows of time to do my spicy work. This coincides with a month where my cash flow is more important than usual. (Moving at the end of the month!) There is a certain old familiar pressure rising up in my body. It's Money Worry 😈 Listen, my finances have been good for years but I have a large chunk of experience with being broke and never having enough. My body seems to know exactly how to tap into that fearful space. So, today as I sit down to focus for the four hours I have free to work - I am starting with a bit of Abundance Meditation. The point of the practice for me is to turn my attention to what is amazingly true: I am sexy AF 💕 There are hundreds of thousands of men out there feeling horny and craving connection. I am the PERFECT fit for many of them! They can't find me if I'm not showing up. So I SHOW UP with the best energy I can provide. I'm logged in to my Niteflirt account. I got an email this morning from a fellow creator who accused me of copying her content. I pride myself on my originality and creativity and felt sure she had to be confusing me with someone else . I wrote back to set it straight and sadly, she is certain of her opinion :( It sucks to know someone thinks of me as a content thief! Here's what's important though... I can't control what she thinks. I CAN control how I manage my energy around the situation. I could take responsibility for her incorrect assumptions. (I didn't) I could let it ruin my morning - or my whole day. (I didn't!) I could shake it off and move ahead powerfully. (I did!) A shower, skin care and a hot cup of coffee helped me to reset my attitude and 'shake off' the accusations and accompanying bad energy. This is important to be as a creator - because the the energy I bring to spicy content is going to have a long term impact on my customers. Good energy brings customer back again and again. Hello Fellow Spicy Creators, I'm glad you found the show. Today I'm chatting with Mia, my Spicy Bestie 💕 We're going to share a perspective that could be helpful to cam models - but really it's for anyone involved in any spicy work. I was browsing Reddit and found a post from a cam model who is feeling anger about men who come to watch and never tip - especially the viewers who send 'nasty comments'. (And we know there's a lot who do!) My first response is to nod with understanding and have compassion. We approach cam modeling with a desire to earn money so of course we aren't thrilled with the freebie seeking time wasters. Next, it's my desire to point out that it IS the reality. It has always been the reality.. It was like it when we got there and it will be like that when we're done. So.... to bother ourselves about it to the point of anger - well, that's our doing. I replied with this: Warning that this might come off as woo-woo. (I'm a lot woo-woo LOL!) We bother ourselves a lot when we resist reality. When we wish it were different, that they were different... it wastes our energy. When we come back to the same reality day after day and continue to bother ourselves with it, of course anger is going to build. When/if we can accept reality and let go of our resistance to it, we stop draining our energy and just show up to take what we can from it. OR we decide we will not continue to show up there and try something new ❤️‍🔥 Is it mind bending to consider that YOU are bothering yourself with reality and you could actually choose not to? And yet some of us are finding it hard to set boundaries and feel terrified about telling a customer about a new boundary. I’m sharing principle six of 7 Principles of Sensual Abundance with you! Principle #7: I keep my focus on the unfailing flow of Abundance. I decline the ever-present invitation to focus on negative news and perspectives. Please know, I’m not judging anybody that shares their personal experiences and perspectives when they share negative things like thinking this industry is dead, I’m not making money anymore, men don’t call sex workers anymore, etc. That is their experience/perspective, not mine – I’m having a totally different experience. This principle is so important because it can be easy to get caught up in negativity and let that affect your mood/creativity, etc. but if you keep a positive mindset it’ll be easier to decline that invitation (to get caught up in negative perspectives/news). This principle boils down to managing your input. Don’t let someone else’s negative perspective taint your experience. Principle #6: My creativity and unique execution of the ideas I feel drawn to open the door to abundance. We're not meant to be copycats. We all have natural creativity. When it comes to spicy work, we see what other creators are doing and it’s normal to be inspired by it. Lean into your creativity about it, though – what would you do differently that they’re not doing? Run with that idea. I also want to inspire you – don’t think that you can’t create more content around something you’ve already done! Our customers like specific things and they like hearing us say them/do them over and over. So why not revisit content you’ve already created but come at it from a fresh creative perspective?
