×In this special Camp Edition of One Gospel Minute, we’re handing the mic to the next generation. Recorded live during Truth Bible Camp at Tennessee Bible College, this episode features short, powerful reflections from campers as they share what they’ve learned, how they’ve grown, and what the Gospel means to them. These young voices are full of faith, joy, and truth—and they remind us all why this work matters.…
Truth Bible Camp is back this June 8–12 at Tennessee Bible College! For 28 years, this camp has helped young people grow in faith by learning and sharing the Gospel. Campers prepare and present Bible lessons, lead a Ladies Day, and participate in Vacation Bible School—all while enjoying a week full of fun and nonstop activity. This year’s theme: “Go to work in My vineyard” (Matt. 21:28) and “My Kingdom is not of this world” (John 18:36). It’s hands-on spiritual training rooted in Scripture. Come support these dedicated kids! Read about this subject Scripture: Matthew 21:28, John 18:36, Acts 16 Truth Bible Camp “ A Counselor’s View of Truth Bible Camp”…
Those who don’t respect the dead are unlikely to respect the living. On Memorial Day, we owe gratitude to those who came before us—family members who worked hard for our future, and soldiers who died defending our freedoms. Like Abraham who honored his family with a proper burial, we too should show respect. As one veteran said, even during holiday fun, take a moment to remember those who gave so much. Memorial Day is more than just a day off—it’s a reminder that freedom comes at a cost. Let’s not forget the sacrifices that made it possible. What’s guiding your faith—tradition, opinion, or truth? Many today are led by family, friends, or popular trends, but God calls us to follow His Word alone. Man-made teachings fall short, while the Bible reveals God’s will and the path to eternal life. From the archives: A powerful word from Brother Malcolm Hill, the founding president of Tennessee Bible College and the original voice behind One Gospel Minute. Read about this subject Scriptures: Matthew 15:1–7, II Timothy 3:16–17, II Peter 1:3, Galatians 1:6–9, Revelation 22:18–19 “Gaslighting the True Light” “The Eternal Kingdom” by F.W. Mattox…
“The world’s not the same without Mother.” God designed women to nurture and guide the home, and many owe their faith to a godly mom. Even Jesus was raised by Mary, chosen for her purity and devotion. The world deeply needs faithful Christian mothers—and that, too, is the Gospel. Read about this subject Scriptures: Genesis 2, Matthew 19:5, Luke 3 “Appreciating Courageous Mothers” “God’s Career Choice for Mothers” “The Work of the Woman and Man in the Home”…

Are you hitting the mark in your walk with Christ? The Bible shows that sin is missing the mark—choosing the wide, easy road instead of the narrow path Jesus calls us to follow. We can’t guide ourselves; we need God’s direction. His Word is clear, true, and leads to real peace and faithful living. If you want to stay on target, Jesus is the only way. Read about this subject Scriptures: Philippians 3:14, Psalm 119:105, James 4:17, Matthew 7:13-14, 1 John 3:4, John 14:6, Jeremiah 10:23, John 8:32, John 17:17, 1 Corinthians 14:33 “Time to Choose” Listen to more on this subject "Do You Love the Truth?"…
The Bible lists seven things God hates, including pride, lying, murder, wicked schemes, eagerness to do evil, bearing false witness, and causing division among believers (Proverbs 6:16-19). These sins are serious in God’s eyes, even if the world overlooks some of them. Christians are called to avoid these behaviors, love God wholeheartedly, and live faithfully for eternal salvation. Read about this subject Scriptures: Proverbs 6:16-19, Revelation 21:8 He That Soweth Discord Among Brethren A Heart That Deviseth Wicked Imaginations Feet That Be Swift to Running to Mischief / A False Witness That Speaks Lies The Tongue (James 3)…

It’s always good to hear people talk about Jesus — especially His resurrection. But Easter isn’t a Biblical celebration. In Acts 12:4, the word “Easter” was a mistranslation — it should read “Passover.” The Gospel is simple: Christ died, was buried, and rose again the third day (I Cor. 15:3-4). God didn’t authorize Easter — He gave us a weekly memorial on the first day of every week (Acts 20:7). Traditions may feel harmless, but truth comes from God’s Word, not man’s ideas (Col. 2:22). Glad to hear Jesus talked about? Absolutely. But even better is knowing and obeying the Truth — because that’s the Gospel (I Tim. 2:4). Read about this subject Scriptures: Acts 12:4, I Corinthians 15:3, Colossians 3:17, John 20, I Corinthians 15:6, I Corinthians 15:13-19, Galatians 1:8, Revelation 22:18, Acts 20:7, Colossians 2:22, I Timothy 2:4 "Easter"…
Prayer is not just words spoken into the air — it’s the faithful reaching out to the Creator who holds all power. God hears. God responds. And when His people pray with trusting hearts, incredible things can happen. Healing, restoration, forgiveness — all flow from His hand. Whether it’s a hurting soul, a broken body, or even a troubled world, God alone provides the healing we truly need. Read about this subject Scriptures: James 5:13-19, James 5:15, 1 John 1:7, Psalm 6:2, Psalm 147:3, Psalm 60:2…
Did you know that God wants all Christians to be united? Jesus Himself prayed for that unity in John 17:20-21. The Bible speaks clearly against division among believers (1 Corinthians 1:10-12) and urges us to strive for unity in Christ (Ephesians 4:3-6). That kind of oneness isn’t just a dream—it’s possible when we follow the Bible alone (Galatians 1:6-9). So here’s the big question: Are you working toward the unity that God desires for all His people? This episode is a special throwback featuring the voice of One Gospel Minute’s original radio host and the founder of Tennessee Bible College, Malcolm Hill . Though first shared years ago, his powerful message on Christian unity still speaks clearly to the challenges we face today. Brother Hill’s words continue to uplift, convict, and call us back to the timeless truths of God’s Word. Read about this subject Scriptures: John 17:20-21, 1 Corinthians 1:10-12, Ephesians 4:3, Ephesians 4:4-6, Galatians 1:6-9 “What to Expect When You Visit the Churches of Christ” Listen to more on this subject 2007-RENEW “The Unity of God’s People”…
