“I used to be the largest dairy consumer on the planet. I used to eat so much dairy and meat. The more that I looked into the dairy industry, the more that I saw that it was the singular, most inhumane industry on the planet, that we've all been lied to, including myself, for years. I always believed that the picture on the milk carton, the cow standing next to her calf in the green field with the red barn in the back was true. It’s certainly the complete opposite.” – Richard (Kudo) Couto Richard (Kudo) Couto is the founder of Animal Recovery Mission (ARM), an organization solely dedicated to investigating extreme animal cruelty cases. ARM has led high-risk undercover operations that have resulted in the shutdown of illegal slaughterhouses, animal fighting rings, and horse meat trafficking networks. Recently, they released a damning investigation into two industrial dairy farms outside of Phoenix, Arizona supplying milk to Coca-Cola’s Fairlife brand. What they uncovered was systemic animal abuse, environmental violations, and a devastating betrayal of consumer trust. While Fairlife markets its products as being sourced "humanely," ARM’s footage tells a very different story—one of suffering, abuse, and corporate complicity. Despite the evidence, this story has been largely ignored by mainstream media—likely due to Coca-Cola’s massive influence and advertising dollars.…

1 Dating in the Age of AI: The Real-Life Hitch on Love, Algorithms & Authenticity - with Connell Barrett 47:10
Are dating apps ruining romance—or just reshaping it? It was super fun to sit down and have a deeply human conversation with with Connell Barrett, bestselling author of Dating Sucks, But You Don’t and host of The How to Get a Girlfriend Podcast . Often dubbed the real-life Hitch , Connell shares how AI, apps, and filters are rewriting the rules of love, while our human hearts still long for something real. We talked about why modern dating feels harder than ever, how authenticity is being gamed by algorithms, and what introverted (or overwhelmed) singles can do to genuinely connect. Whether you're frustrated by dating apps, unsure how to meet someone in real life, or just fascinated by the intersection of AI and human behavior, I think you'll relate to this. You might come away with some fresh thoughts on how we find love today. 🎯 Topics include: Why AI is de-democratizing dating How dating apps mimic late-stage capitalism The myth of “authentic” online profiles How to connect IRL—even if you’re shy Why good guys are afraid to say hello What both men and women really wish the other knew 🔗 Guest: Connell Barrett | datingtransformation.com…

1 Is AI Better at Being Human Than We Are? Here’s Why It Might Be, And How That Might Save Us All 16:02
🎙 Is AI Better at Being Human Than We Are? 🤯 Why is it so hard to have conversations with people who fundamentally disagree with us? If you're like me, it can make you anxious and stressed. But at the same time, maybe you actually DO want to understand how and why someone feels the way they do. Because you care about them...but... Maybe you're absolutely baffled at their world viewpoint. How and why do they feel the way they do?? Especially now... So maybe you've tried to have a thoughtful conversation online, only to watch it turn into a dumpster fire of misunderstandings, personal attacks, and outrage. No fun. We all like to think we’re open-minded, but the truth is, most people struggle to engage in real conversations about the things that actually matter —politics, social issues, values. The second emotions get involved, things go sideways. 💡 But what if AI could help? I honestly feel it can. It has, for me... In this episode, I explain how a wild idea: AI might actually be better at guiding nuanced, meaningful conversations than we are. Not because it’s smarter, but because it doesn’t get defensive, emotional, or shut people down. Humans, right now in history, lack the leadership, communication and emotional stamina for what's needed when trying to resolve issues that involve a lot of complexity. We just haven't been built for it, and now we must lean into it. I think AI can help us. In this episode I dive into: ✔ Why we’re losing the ability to handle complex conversations ✔ How social media has rewired our brains to crave outrage ✔ A simple way to use AI to explore perspectives you disagree with—without the usual emotional minefield ✔ How AI can teach us to listen, think, and communicate more effectively 🎧 If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, Why can’t people just talk to each other anymore? —this episode is for you. I hope you like this. 🔥 Hit play and let’s dive in. 📢 If this resonates with you, share it with a friend, subscribe, or leave a comment—I’d love to hear your thoughts.…
As a former perfectionist, I spent years on personal development, leadership growth, therapy, and coaching —but I still felt stuck. If this is you, you’re not alone. In this episode, I reveal the fundamental flaw in the coaching industry and why two dominant coaching approaches— emotional processing and mindset work —often keep people spinning their wheels. You could say I'm the anti-personal development coach. ✅ Why mindset shifts, reframing, and subconscious work don’t always lead to real transformation (this is my biggest pet peeve...) ✅ The hidden trap of emotional processing (and why it sometimes makes things worse) ✅ The missing piece in most coaching models—and how it unlocks real clarity ✅ What insight coaching is and how it helps you break free from endless self-work I hope this gives you something fresh to ponder. Especially if you’re tired of working on yourself but still feeling like something is missing . It's not you. You've processed and worked on yourself plenty. Maybe it's time for insight. Simple, powerful, with no work. 🔔 Listen now and discover how insight—not analysis or emotional deep dives—can create lasting change.…
We’ve been told to “build a better relationship with ourselves” as if we’re two separate people. But what if that’s the very thing keeping us stuck? In this episode, I explore a profound idea from The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle: the illusion of self-improvement. Basically, when we try to “fix” or “improve” our relationship with ourselves, we unconsciously create a split—one part observing, one part being judged. The pop psychology idea behind this is that if we have a good relationship with ourselves, (ie "I love myself") then we can have good relationships with other people. But what if this misses the point? What if we don't need a relationship with ourselves at all? What if the only thing that this whole thing in life is really about is to just be ? There's a lot of freedom with that. Imagine -- you don’t need to negotiate with your mind. You don’t need another layer of self-help. Maybe you don't even need a ton of positive affirmations to convince your "self" that you are a good person. You just need to be . Not "be good" or "be loving", which sends everyone back into the judging and evaluative lens. But just be. This was one of Eckhart Tolle's main messages in his book,"The Power of Now", which I discuss. Share this with someone who could use a different perspective on personal development. You might make their day. #ThePowerOfNow #EckhartTolle #Mindfulness #StopOverthinking #SpiritualAwakening #PersonalGrowth #SelfImprovementTrap #JustBe #LiveInTheMoment #InnerPeace…

1 What keeps people "stuck" in their healing journey - confusing pain with "negativity" or something "bad" 14:16
Many people who are stuck are determined to never feel pain because they think it's "negative". But the irony is that the insistence on only focusing on "positive things", and resistance to feeling their whole feelings, even painful stuff, is often why people are stuck. What people resist, persists.

In this heart-wrenching yet insightful episode, I describe the deeply personal story of a listener who finds herself grappling with the pain and confusion of losing a friend—not to distance or time, but to a radical transformation in spiritual beliefs. It's a painful question: Can this friendship be saved? Should it be? How do you cope with the loss of a friend to beliefs that feel like they've taken them away from you? I'll offer some perspectives on what I've seen in my practice, as I've been on both sides of this journey. This episode is a must-listen for anyone who's ever looked at a friend and felt the sting of unfamiliarity, offering not just solace but also a way forward.…

This episode explores a groundbreaking shift in the world of healing, coaching, and self-actualization by diving into the emerging fields of embodiment, sexual energy, and containment.
